Great Place to Work announces best workplaces of 2016

The Great Workplaces Special Report profiles this year’s top UK Best Workplaces and shares insights into how trust and engagement drive business success.

HR and CEOs often talk different languages when it comes to engagement although both ultimately have the same goals.

The report looks at how HR can ‘engage’ CEOs to ensure the organisation’s needs can be met through its people with examples from Lindt, Hyatt, Wellcome Trust and others.

In the report, Great Place to Work also shows how best-in-class organisations outperform the UK average.

Trust is a key driver of engagement and the average UK organisation has trust levels of only 55% compared to 85% for high-performing organisations such as those featured on the list.
