Intangible Rewards definition

Intangible rewards, also known as intangible benefits, are rewards provided to an employee that don’t have an inherent monetary value, and are often applied in response to a particular achievement.

Intangible rewards compare with tangible rewards, which are rewards that have financial value to the employee, such as bonuses or salary increases.
