Hi

I want to change our HR system and need a good, cost effective solution that will be able to:
recruitment – upload vacancies to multiple e-recruitment sites and track applicants.
Basic employee details
HR documents – tracking
We have c750 employees in 16 sites with a centralise HR function.
I want the HR team and on-site departmental manager to have access (at different levels of access).
It should be web-based so not to slow down our systems.

Any advice from fellow HR or managers using a good system would be appreciated. Including rough costs please.
