I am putting together an idea for HR related management information reports for a Company I have not been with for very long. They have not previously employed an HR Manager and I want to put together an HR “Dashboard” of information which I think might be of interest to managers and plan to distribute this on a quarterly basis. I have thought of the obious things like recruitment and attrition rates, transfers, promotions, salary costs and sickness absence/costs but wondered if anyone had any other ideas for information I could include and the kind of format I could present this in?
