I have posted the following on the CIPD website.

Two separate and hopefully thought provoking questions for people comments on which will hopefully give Jackie Orme some food for thought once she starts her new position:


1. What should we do to get more men to choose HR as a profession?


2. What should we do to get those members of the profession who are not members of the CIPD into it? At various conferences I have heard many of these people say that the CIPD does not represent their views, what do we need to do to make ourselves more representative of the profession?
