I have worked as an office based HR Advisor for nearly two years, my company is wanting me to take on off site recrutiment that a HR Manager used to do.

My only concern with this is that I do not want to have to stay away from home overnight, but some of the locations would require this.

Can anyone please advise if this would be classed as a significant change to my terms and conditions as this was previously never a criteria for the role, its not in my Job Description or Contract nor was it mentioned at interview 20 months ago.

Should my organisation really have consulted with me? When there were discussions about it I had raised this as an issue but they dont seem to care.

Any help please?
