Having recently carried out an Equal Opportunities monitoring survey, one of our employees insisted that his religion is ‘Jedi Knight’, and that it has been recognised as a religion.

The article actually recognises it as once of many responses to the census, but not specifically a religion. If we refuse to accept this, are we discriminating against him?
